TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dear Guests, we hope you enjoy your stay with us and make full use of our facilities. To ensure a peaceful and pleasant experience, we kindly ask that you comply with the following rules and regulations.
- Your decision to stay with us constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- For accommodation stays, check-in begins at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12:00 PM the following day. Failure to check out by 12:00 PM without our consent will result in additional charges for extended stay. Extension up to 5:00 PM will be charged based on the daily room rate, subject to availability.
- For camping guests, check-in begins at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out is at 1:00 PM the following day. Early arrival is permitted subject to campsite availability.
- A 30% deposit is required for accommodation bookings, and full payment is required for hut bookings. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation after booking.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.
- Day visit (“Day Trip”) hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Room keys must be left at the reception/front desk each time guests leave the premises for security purposes. Lost keys will be charged at RM40.00 per key.
- Breakfast will be served at the café from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- For guests staying more than one (1) night and requesting housekeeping service, it will be provided between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Please inform us at least one (1) day in advance.
- Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. During this period, please refrain from making excessive noise that may disturb other guests within the resort.
- We do not accept any groups associated with gangsterism or extremism. Even if a booking has been made or check-in has been completed, guests found to be part of such groups will be required to leave the resort immediately.
- Cooking, grilling, picnicking, and bringing food or beverages to the riverbank area are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are fully responsible for any loss or damage to resort property caused by their actions.
- Moving items from the room to other areas within the resort is not permitted.
- Please ensure that water taps are not left running, whether inside the accommodation or in public restrooms.
- Gambling or any other activities that are against good moral conduct or that disturb other guests are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited inside rooms, chalets, and houses.
- Please report any damage to the reception staff immediately.
- Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) must not be taken out of the room.
- Non-halal food is not permitted in any accommodation or facility within the resort. However, alcoholic beverages are allowed only at the grilling huts and not inside the accommodations.
- We are currently operating on generator power. Therefore, the use of high-power electrical appliances for heating or cooling (such as rice cookers, water heaters, hair dryers, refrigerators, etc.) is not permitted.
- Collecting natural resources from the resort or river (e.g. fruits, fish, flowers, etc.) is prohibited.
- The following items are prohibited within the resort: pets, flammable materials such as firecrackers, firearms, and other dangerous weapons.
- Any self-organized activities are undertaken at your own risk. Please ensure appropriate safety precautions are taken.
- You may encounter wildlife within the resort area. Do not attempt to catch or touch them, and please inform our staff immediately.
- All river activities are undertaken at your own risk. Children and non-swimmers must be under the supervision of a family member. River activities are not allowed during heavy rain.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own PA system without our prior approval. Only small portable Bluetooth speakers are permitted.
- Guests are allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages. However, only the first crate or bottle per group/family is allowed free of charge. Additional beverages will be charged at RM15.00 per crate of beer and RM10.00 per bottle of liquor.
- Please avoid excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. Any behavior that is unethical or immoral due to intoxication is strictly prohibited, and appropriate action will be taken.
